REGISTRATION
Dear Participants, the registration and payment information for authors whose papers have been accepted at our congress is provided below.
The congress fee must be paid after the paper is accepted.
- Participants presenting an accepted paper (Academic Staff/Student) are required to pay 500 Turkish Lira.
- External participants (Industry Professionals) are required to pay 750 Turkish Lira.
Note: Each author is limited to submitting a maximum of three papers.

Registration and Payment
- When registering for the congress, the payment receipt must include the first author’s name and surname and the paper number from Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) in the description section. The relevant receipt should be sent via email to kongresagok@bakircay.edu.tr.
- Information regarding the gala dinner will be announced later on the announcements page.
- Even if their papers have been accepted, researchers who do not pay the registration fee will not be included in the congress.
